Quick post, I found these on youtube so if you guys are interested in trying out some workout routines, here they are ^_^
A friend who's also on a weight loss endeavour shared this workout routine by this Korean fitness trainer
I tried this out yesterday and it was good =) nowhere nearly as intense as Jillian Michaels' workouts but it's more like a steady burning. Jillian's workouts are like explosive burning over a short interval XD I think this is great for starters.
This is level one from Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred. Of course workout 2 and 3 are a lot harder and a lot more effective, but you can get a taste of what it's like before you want to purchase the DVD or something =) (I bought mine from Amazon it's like $8. Which I consider super cheap from what I'm getting out of it).

I always find myself losing the motivation to workout and find excuses for myself...so bad :X

Yea, from those videos the 30 day shread does look more intense. I like just rocking out to my Zumba on wii though.. if only I had more room. XD I can't wait for the summer so I can run outside. I actually am not one to work out inside. I prefer the outdoors.. but hate the cold. haha
ReplyDeletelol actually my motivation didn't really kick in until about after a week and a half of working out... when I actually started seeing results :) once I saw results I just didn't want to stop >< before that I was really just forcing myself (and my roommates pushing me too) but now I'm enjoying it =D I didn't know it either you should take advantage of it!! *nudge nudge*
