Hello~~!!
Today's makeup is inspired by Ayumi Hamasaki <3
Here's the picture I was basing off :) forgot where I across this from...
This makeup is super easy... the key of course, will be the lashes and eyeliner :)
Here's the map:
Make sure the outer corner is pointed and clean
So most of us don't look straight up while lining our eyes, like I tend to squint a bit, exactly like the pic above XD
If your eye is like mine, make sure when you're looking straight at the mirror when you're lining so that your eyeliner looks exactly like what you want (cuz I found when I don't look straight, the outer corner tends to look more like a cat-eye flick, so I had to look straight and fill the outer corner in so it looks like Ayu's).
And for lashes I used...
upper lashes:
lower lashes:
And if you look closely at Ayu's pic... she has dark grey/brown-ish eye shadow along her lower lash line
So I mixed a dark grey (don't use black!!!) with some reddish brown
And I couldn't see what color she was wearing on her lid... so I'm just gonna leave it clean XD
Kissing the wall?!?? O_O LMAO!!
Just gonna put my pic and her pic side to side... :) heehee. Well my fold is not like hers obviously
**************I have to say though... this kind of Japanese makeup (the lashes mainly) only looks good in pictures in my opinion.......... too much for real life!!!! Not cute, really... lol! Well not on my anyway***********
And I figured since this post is already picture heavy... just gonna add the rest of the extras XD
*SMILE ^__^ *
I know I know all the same side of my face O_O I swear I don't discriminate against the other side of my face lol!
Hope you guys likey <3
<3 Frances

ReplyDeleteHi Frances! Yeah, the Guerlain Primer is really moisturizing so it keeps dry skin really moisturized throughout the day and doesn't dry out. Especially since foundation can be drying. I use the Chanel Creme Foundation. I have a review on it on my blog also. It's one of my favorite foundations. Hope this helps! ( :
ReplyDeleteyou definetlyy nailed this loook! soo cuteeee =]
ReplyDeletelovely eyes! They look exactly the same like ayumi's! ^^ I'm loving the falsies too =D
ReplyDeleteahhh! thank you guys so much ^___^
ReplyDelete@Pham Xan: LOL I have MEGA lighting for my pics though XD
damn you look so gorgeous.i'm always scared to put on too much black on my eyes cos i got quite small eyes just like yours.but i see it looks great on you so i might as well try.though i'm sort of scared to put on black eyeshadow on my lower lashes cos i'm scared i'm gonna end up looking like a junkie or raccoon
ReplyDeleteHello Novia :)
ReplyDeleteThank you! I checked out your blog and I couldn't find a single comment button, nor can I follow your blog O_O am I just blind? XD so anyway I had to reply here and just hope that you'd see it XD Hm when I wear dark eye shadows on my lower lash line, I'd apply foundation last, so that way my under eyes wouldn't look dirty after applying eye shadows XD also definitely use a concealer when you use dark eye shadows on the bottom, cuz that tends to accentuate the dark circles (for me at least) so using concealer will avoid the raccoon/junkie look XD and I didn't wear black eye shadow for this look :) I mixed dark grey with brown, and I think that's dark enough :) hehe good luck if you're trying <3
uh yeah i disabled the comment button.it's arite you can reply here :p less trouble for you too
ReplyDeletethat's a great idea O.O i might actually try it
lovee your tips on eyeliner.they're great but not too much :) keep up the good work
Hahaha cool cool =) if you try it let me know how it turns out ^_^ and tks for the kind words <3
